Sebastian Tire Shop And Road Side Assistance

I've been to this tire shop several times in the past with new issues. However, I went yesterday, and had a pretty bad experience, and feel rather stupid for allowing it to happen, but my back tires were bald and it was Sunday, and I feared my tires were dangerous, so went with what I felt I had to take at the time. I didn't realize quite a few other tire shops were open on Sundays, and reflexively went to them out of familiarity. I asked for two used tires, and they offered me two admittedly good used tires for the still very high price of $135 each. I felt very uncomfortable paying that much given I'd paid half of that in the past, but was kinda in a bind because of how awful my tires were and it being Sunday, so I accepted. They also charged me additional fees for tire disposal, putting the new tires on, and when all said and done, I paid $330 for two used tires. They balanced one tire, and tried to balance the other, but said it couldn't be balanced, and I was told that my rim was the problem. They recommended I find a rim specialist. I found one on the other side of town, and went there immediately afterwards. The tech there checked my rim and said there was no problem with

Had a flat in the AM. Went to work and called them and asked them to meet me at 2pm for roadside assistance because I could not drive my vehicle. They confirm they will be there at 2pm. I left work early and return to my vehicle at 2pm. I call at 2:15pm. They assure me someone is on the way and ask me about payment. It’s now 2:30 and I call and receive a message the number is not in service. No one ever showed. I called another roadside assistance number to fix my tire. Journey roadside service. Journey roadside was prompt and communicative. If you need roadside assistance go with Journey instead. Edit to add: I was never asked for a deposit on the phone. Just if I would pay by cash or cashapp. I said cashapp and requested a cashapp username be sent. It was never sent.

Drove it, got seen straight away, they knew how to work on my Tesla. They diagnosed a nail in my tire, showed me the nail, patched the tire and had me on my way for just under $40, ON A SUNDAY! Will definitely use them in the future. Lovely guy's

Had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. Another tire shop recommended these guys since they didn’t have my tire in stock. I arrived and they had me all fixed up just like other people have said-in about 10 minutes! They were polite and efficient. I’ll be going back when I need to get new tires for my vehicle.

Had a flat tire but with the hours I work, I couldn’t find a place that could get me in to repair it until I called Sebastian’s! Super friendly lady greeted me on the phone to confirm hours and after I got there, they had the flat repaired late evening in 10 minutes. They were so fast! Super friendly, professional, and transparent about pricing as well. Quality work. I've had no issues with my tire since I left. I went on to buy a new tire to fit on a rim I already had as well since they sold good tires for reasonable prices. My rim was a bit damaged (I’ve been keeping it anyway) but they were able to fix that too! I was so happy and I’m so lucky to have found these guys. Great place, great location. I will be recommending this place to friends, family and coworkers.
